Kozack also stated that the Board will review the Resilience and Sustainability Facility (RSF) reform package alongside the fourth review. However, the exact amount of financing that Egypt will receive under this facility has not yet been determined
Egypt is awaiting the Executive Board’s approval of the fourth review to secure approximately $1.2 billion (equivalent to 922.87 million Special Drawing Rights (SDRs)) as part of its program with the IMF
The IMF mission to Egypt, led by Ivana Vladkova Hollar, held direct discussions with Egyptian authorities from November 6 to 20, which were later completed online. This led to the announcement of a staff-level agreement on the fourth review
