Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) is offering an exciting opportunity to join its team as a Personal Banking Officer in Cairo. This role aims to attract and develop a base of individual clients while fostering long-term relationships through offering advanced financial solutions and world-class banking services

Key Responsibilities      

Sales and Relationship Management    

  Achieve targeted sales goals for banking products and services within the designated area      

Coordinate with other departments like credit and operations to ensure efficient processing of customer requests    

  Implement business plans and increase sales through various channels such as field visits and direct sales  

  Build strong relationships with clients by providing comprehensive financial solutions  

   Develop and execute effective sales plans to expand the customer base  

   Monitor new products offered by competitors in the market

   Quality and Customer Service    

  Ensure all promotional materials and necessary supplies are available in the branch as per communication plans  

   Address customer inquiries promptly to ensure exceptional service.    

 Oversee fast and consultative banking services, including authorizations and record-keeping

  Promote digital banking channels among customers to enhance user experience  

  Maintain an efficient appointment schedule for customer consultations    

  Contribute to special projects and tasks, including compliance-related activities.     

    Compliance and Regulations  

  Respond to compliance management requirements by obtaining necessary approvals  

  Ensure all banking policies and procedures are followed in accordance with regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements    

  Adhere to prescribed banking procedures and policies to ensure full compliance    

Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Experience Required

   At least 1 year of experience, preferably in financial services or a strong sales environment  

  Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers    

   Ability to meet targets and work under pressure    

  Familiarity with basic banking operations and financial services
