Alamein International University has observed the opening of a new branch of the National Bank of Egypt in an official ceremony attended by Prof. Dr. Roshdy Zahran - Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University, Prof. Dr. Essam ElKordi, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Hesham Gaber, Vice-chancellor of the University for Academic Affairs, and Dr. Ibrahim El Naggar - Secretary General of the University.

On the other side the event was also joined by Mr. Walid Abd El Salam - Head of the Alexandria Branches Region from the National Bank of Egypt, with Mr. Walid Abd El Rahman - Director of the Alexandria second Sub-Region, and Mr. Ahmed Badawy - Director of the El Alamein Branch, in addition to a number of university heads.

The opening comes within the framework of enhancing integrated services within the university campus, as the National Bank of Egypt provides a variety of banking services including opening bank accounts of all kinds, issuing credit and debit cards, money transfer services, and electronic payment services.

In his speech, Dr. Essam Elkordi has highlighted the importance of having a branch of the National Bank within the university, stressing that this step comes within the framework of strengthening strategic partnerships between the university and the banking sector to provide services that facilitate daily university life and contribute to supporting students, faculty members and university staff.

Representatives of the National Bank also confirmed that the opening of the branch reflects the bank's vision of expanding to serve educational sectors and supporting financial innovation by providing innovative solutions that are in line with the needs of youth and the education sector, which contributes to developing the banking experience and meeting the aspirations of the academic community.
